A CAIA charterholder, he leads WealthFactor, where he helps families invest by evidence rather than story: diversify, mind valuation, and rebalance by rule, not by mood. A sixth-generation Oregonian and the father of three, he built WilliamFrank as his personal platform and the agentic AI behind it.
