We keep this simple: we collect only what we need, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to remove it.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by WilliamFrank, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), an Oregon limited liability company. You can reach us through our contact form. We don't publish an email address on this site to limit spam.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you subscribe or use the contact form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, and any message. AI assistant. When you use the WilliamFrank assistant, we may log the questions you type to operate and improve it — please don't enter confidential or sensitive personal information. Technical information. Like most sites, our hosting may automatically record basic technical data such as IP address, browser, device type, and pages visited.
3. How we use it
We use this information to send you the content you signed up for (roughly every two weeks), to respond to your messages, and to operate, secure, and improve the site and the assistant. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
4. How it's stored and shared
Form submissions are stored in our database, which is hosted on Notion. The WilliamFrank assistant uses Anthropic's Claude to generate responses. We rely on a small number of service providers (for hosting, email delivery, and the assistant) who process data on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Cookies and analytics
We aim to keep tracking minimal. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which content resonates. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Where required, we will ask for your consent.
6. Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by sending a request through our contact form, and we will honor it as required by applicable law.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
The site links to third-party sites, including WealthFactor. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
